Check-in time starts at 14:00. Check-out time is no later than 12:00.

Are pets allowed in the facility?

The facility does not allow pets.

Depending on seasonal conditions, the use and hours of service of the outdoor areas in the facility may be limited.

What is the number of keys provided per room?

Each room, regardless of its type, receives a single key.

How often are towels and sheets changed?

We change room towels and sheets every 3 days.

What are the conditions for the all-inclusive plan?

The all-inclusive accommodation at the facility starts with lunch and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, ending with breakfast on departure day.

Are guests under the age of 18 served alcoholic beverages?

The law prohibits serving alcoholic beverages to guests under 18.

What conditions must couples meet to benefit from the honeymoon package?

Couples wishing to benefit from the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate during check-in for stays within one month of their wedding date.

Will a 2+2 or 3+1 arrangement cause overcrowding in the room?

Except for family rooms or some special rooms, a 2+2 or 3+1 accommodation in other rooms may cause overcrowding, and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as regular beds.

Is a refund given if one guest leaves early from a special type of room?

If any guest leaves early from special-type rooms such as family rooms or suite rooms, no refund is given.
